Meet Dr. Lindsey Beauboeuf
Dr. Lindsey Beauboeuf, DO is a board-certified Family Medicine physician, a woman of faith, and the founder of MOZAÏK Lifestyle Medicine in Smyrna, GA.
After years carrying over a thousand patients in the traditional healthcare system, she experienced physician burnout firsthand. She stepped away, took time to heal, and built the practice she wished had existed.
MOZAÏK was created so she could practice medicine the way it was always meant to be.

Founding Membership
$175/month
Reserved for members who join before April 1, 2026. After that, membership opens at $250/month.
Founding members are grandfathered at $175 for as long as their membership stays active.
6-month minimum commitment
Enrollment fee: $99 individual / $150 family
Your insurance still covers labs, imaging, specialists, prescriptions, and emergency care. MOZAÏK remains your primary care home.
Now enrolling adults 18 and older across Metro Atlanta, including Smyrna, Marietta, Vinings, Decatur, and surrounding communities.
