Yes, Dr. Lindsey can serve as your primary care provider if you enroll in the Rooted Care Membership. This includes comprehensive support for chronic conditions, preventive screenings, acute illness care, and ongoing health management for adults 18 and older.

While we don't offer labs, radiology, or vaccines onsite, we provide all necessary orders and coordinate referrals as needed. We do not provide pediatric care.

Our memberships range from $100-190/month with no copays, deductibles, or surprise bills. Many patients find this costs less than their insurance premiums plus copays, especially when you factor in the time savings and better health outcomes from longer, more thorough visits.

The Rooted Care Membership includes one comprehensive annual lab panel. Additional or specialty testing (hormones, gut health, etc.) is available at cost. Supplements are not included, but we provide guidance to help you choose what's right for your body and budget.
