More than a clinic. A calling.
Mozaïk is a personalized, direct primary care practice in Atlanta rooted in lifestyle medicine, cultural humility, and Christian faith. We help treat and even reverse chronic illness by addressing what's underneath: your nutrition, rest, movement, relationships, and sense of purpose.
But this isn't just about medicine. It's about meaning.
Here, your story guides the care. Your culture is honored. Your faith is welcomed. And your visit is never rushed—because you're paying directly for time and attention, not insurance reimbursements.
Our mission is to restore trust in primary care by offering thoughtful, relational, whole-person care where you feel seen, safe, and supported—especially if you're a woman of color who's been dismissed by the traditional healthcare system.
Our vision is healing that integrates body, mind, and spirit. We center the needs of Afro-Caribbean women and first-generation Americans, but anyone seeking care that's personal, faith-affirming, and culturally respectful is welcome here.

Meet our Founder
Dr. Lindsey Beauboeuf, DO
Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
Fluent in Haitian Creole, French, and English
Mozaïk exists because Dr. Lindsey knows what it feels like to move through medical spaces and not be seen. Raised in Haiti and trained in the U.S., her direct primary care approach is where science meets soul, and medicine meets meaning.
Medical Training & Credentials
Dr. Lindsey earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at Rowan University in New Jersey. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and fully licensed to practice primary care in Georgia.
Her clinical experience includes comprehensive primary care, urgent care, geriatric medicine, and chronic disease management in both traditional insurance-based and direct-pay healthcare settings.
Philosophy & Approach
At Mozaïk, Dr. Lindsey brings a calm, thoughtful approach to every visit, combining medical expertise with deep commitment to culturally respectful, faith-informed care. Whether reviewing your labs, discussing lifestyle medicine approaches, or simply listening to your story, she's here to walk with you—not just treat you.
Her direct primary care practice integrates evidence-based lifestyle medicine with cultural humility, recognizing that healing happens when patients feel truly seen and supported.
Beyond the Clinic
Dr. Lindsey is also the founder of The Haitian Doctor, a nonprofit providing health education to Haitian communities across the Southeast, and co-creator of Domaine Rowe, a cultural project rooted in Haitian storytelling and hospitality.
Outside the clinic, she's a wife, mother of three, and woman of deep Christian faith, constantly creating space to breathe, serve, and come home to what matters most.

What is Lifestyle Medicine?
Lifestyle Medicine is a holistic, evidence-based approach to preventing, treating, and even reversing chronic diseases. It focuses on the root causes—like nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and relationships—rather than relying only on medications.
At Mozaïk, we offer personalized lifestyle medicine grounded in cultural and spiritual understanding. This is care that’s tailored to your real life. It’s whole-person, culturally competent healthcare that helps you feel better, stay healthy, and live fully.

Why “MOZAÏK”?
MOZAÏK means mosaic. A collection of unique, beautiful pieces coming together to form something whole. That's how we see healing. That's how we see you.
We chose the spelling of MOZAÏK with intention. In Haitian Creole, it's spelled Mozayik. But this name reflects our full heritage: the "Ï" nods to our francophone diversity; the "K" grounds us to our Afro-Caribbean roots in Haiti.
The “K” also pays homage to our dear mothers and mother-figures, without whom MOZAÏK wouldn’t exist:
• To Kettly Rowe, a mother-in-love whose steady wisdom shapes this work.
• To Kekette Pierre-Louis, who helped raise me in Haiti and taught me what it means to care with presence and lead with heart.
• And to my mother, Emmelyne Charles, whose strength, creativity, and grace shaped everything I do
This name holds language, lineage, and legacy. It's a reminder that every piece of you matters, and your direct primary care should reflect that.
